Biography
Malte joined Investor AB as Legal Counsel in 2021 and has since worked broadly with legal issues concerning the Investor AB Group. Since 2023, he has been responsible for legal matters within Patricia Industries.
Malte’s role with Patricia Industries is to support the business teams with focus on shareholder matters, M&A, incentive programs and the subsidiaries’ external financing. Other legal areas include Patricia Industries regulatory/compliance, corporate governance and legal structure.
Malte holds an LLM from Uppsala University in Uppsala, Sweden.
